The beauty of a shallow piece is it can hold anything- loose or prepared salad, rice, pasta, or vegetables. When I sugared apricots for preserves last summer, they looked so beautiful in the Mist and Willow Oblongs. Cast from stoneware clay and hand glazed, each piece reveals the color variations of our hands-on process. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. Size: 14.5" long x 10" wide x 2.5" high.

Mist will mix well with every color. Its soft pale blue has an almost waxy, high gloss.
