The crazy cost of shipping!

UPS & Fed Ex configure their costs using dimensional weight.  This is a difficult puzzle for the studio shipping module, as each order is unique.  Any unused freight cost is always refunded, when your order is shipped.

Our return policy:

Returns/Exchanges 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please contact us: info@soulestudio.com

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

Shipping 
To return your product, contact us for return ship to address: info@soulestudio.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your exchanged product order may take 10 days or so before it ships. Depending on where you live, that shipment may then take between 2-5 business days to reach you. You do receive tracking when your order ships. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
